About the Journal

Aims and Scope

The V3 Journal of Management seeks to publish papers that ask and help answer important and interesting questions in management development, develop or test theory, extend prior studies, explore interesting phenomena, and review and synthesize existing research. All empirical methods—including, but not limited to, qualitative, quantitative, field, laboratory, meta-analytic, and mixed-methods—are welcome.

Editorial Criteria

Manuscripts should make strong empirical and theoretical contributions and highlight the relevance of those contributions to management development. Manuscripts should be of a conceptual/theoretical nature that includes practical application, be based on practical experience/research, report a case study situation, or be any combination thereof. The prime requirement for acceptance of an article will be that it:

  • Is directly relevant to management development
  • Makes a significant original contribution to the field
  • Contains elements with general application
  • Falls within the scope of the journal coverage
