Author Guidelines

Before You Start

For any queries regarding your paper's status prior to a decision, please contact the Editor or the Journal Editorial Office. Post-acceptance inquiries should be directed to the Supplier Project Manager. Contact details are available in the Editorial Team section.

Author Responsibilities

By submitting a manuscript to the V3 Journal of Management, authors confirm that:

  • Originality: The submission is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration elsewhere.

  • Authorship Consent: All authors have approved the submission and consent to its publication.

  • Ethical Compliance: The research adheres to ethical standards, including obtaining necessary approvals and consents.

Manuscript Preparation

To facilitate a smooth review and publication process, please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your manuscript:

  • Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Word format.

  • Structure: Include the following sections: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

  • Length: While there is flexibility, we recommend that manuscripts do not exceed 7,000 words, including references and appendices.

  • Title Page: Provide a concise title, author names, affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author.

  • Abstract: A brief summary of up to 250 words outlining the purpose, methodology, findings, and implications of the research.

  • Keywords: List up to six keywords that encapsulate the main topics of the paper.

  • Figures and Tables: Include these at the end of the manuscript, each on a separate page, with clear labels and captions. Indicate their approximate positions within the text.

  • References: Use the Harvard referencing style consistently throughout the manuscript.

Submission Process

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through our online submission system. Each contributing author must have an individual account, from which we will extract the following details:

  • Email Address: Institutional email addresses are preferred.

  • Full Name: Including any middle names or initials as they should appear in the publication.

  • Affiliation: The institution where the research was conducted.

During submission, you will be asked to select the type of your paper from the following categories:

  • Research Paper: Presents original research findings.

  • Review Paper: Summarizes and critically evaluates existing research on a particular topic.

  • Case Study: Provides an in-depth analysis of a particular case within a real-world context.

  • Conceptual Paper: Develops new theories or concepts based on existing literature.

Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review to ensure the integrity and quality of the research. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback.

Post-Acceptance

Upon acceptance, your manuscript will enter the production phase. You will receive proofs for review and approval before publication. Please ensure all corrections are returned promptly to avoid delays.

Ethical Considerations

The V3 Journal of Management adheres to strict ethical standards. Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and ensure that their research complies with ethical guidelines, including obtaining necessary approvals and consents.

This journal does not collect information from non-registered users. The data collected from registered users of this journal falls within the scope of the standard functioning of peer -reviewed journals. It includes information that makes communication possible for the editorial process; it enables collecting aggregated data on submissions and publications,  as well as tracking geopolitical and social elements of scholarly communication. This journal’s editorial team uses this data to guide its work in publishing and improving this journal. Data that will assist in developing this publishing platform may be shared with its developer Public Knowledge Project in an anonymized and aggregated form, with appropriate exceptions such as article metrics.

The data will not be sold by this journal or PKP nor will it be used for purposes other than those stated here.

The authors published in this journal are responsible for the human subject data that figures in the research reported here.
